1/4cupberries(blueberries, raspberries or blackberries)
1tbsp maple syrup
1tbspcoconut yogurt
Instructions
Add water or plant milk to a small pot and set to medium heat. Once the liquid is heated stir in the oats and lower heat. Stir every 30 seconds to 1 minute until the oatmeal has thickened. About 5-10 minutes.
Once liquid has been absorbed and oats are thick, remove from heat and let sit for 2 minutes.
